Cabo notes - 2025
Many of the maps are several years old. Some a little repetitive, but they should give you a good idea of the Arch, marina and downtown area.
The Arch from our ship from one of our cruises. Zoomed in, but the next picture after this one is no zoom.
The Arch from the south (Pacific) side. Beach on this side is called "Divorce Beach".
We all went out for deep sea fishing this day.
You can see the beach area is very active.
You can access the ocean to wade, swim or rent a jet ski, water taxi and more from many areas of the beach and marina.
Glass blowing factory - Maybe 4 miles from downtown Cabo. Not sure if they offer excursions.
Dennis and Geri on jet skis.
Lovers Beach accessible by water taxi.
Cabo marina is a short 10 minute walk from the tender drop-off point. Lots of restaurants and shopping.
One block behind the primary marina area is several blocks of restaurants and shops.
There is a huge souvenir shopping "Mercado" as soon as you get off the tender.
Good place to stop when you are heading back to the ship.
Solomon's Landing is a restaurant that I had highlighte on an earlier trip to meet friends.
Romeo and Julieta's is an Italian restaurant that was quite often dinner our first night in Cabo.
Lovers Beach is on the Sea of Cortez side of the Arch, quiet and can be accessed by water taxi.
On the south (Pacific) side of the Arch (Divorce Beach), the water is rough and swimming/wading is banned.
